A full-service remodeling experience with a designer who will guide you every step of the way through designing your kitchen or bath, specifying products, selecting vendors, and completing construction. 

Includes:

•  A complete set of biddable construction plans
• Multiple plan revisions
• Shopping trips for cabinetry, counters, tile, appliances and other products
• Unlimited phone conversations, other consultations,
• Periodic visits to the jobsite during the construction phase

Same as above except does not include shopping trips or visits to jobsite.  We still help you select materials and consult on appliance choices.  This option is perfect if you don’t live in Southern California but want our help designing a kitchen that cooks. 

If you have a set of plans done by an architect or other professional, but want independent verification that the kitchen will be functional for cooking and living, we will evaluate your plans and explain in detail how the design could be improved.

• Plan evaluation
• Meeting to discuss, up to three hours
• Does not include:
• Any drawings or plans

A few words about our process:

We begin every project by selecting the appliances--as the motor of the kitchen they can make or break the functionality of your space.  The appliances you select will determine the kinds of foods you can prepare, the volume of people for whom you can comfortably cook, and the number of people who can help you in the kitchen without crowding the space.  Every choice you make in selecting your kitchen is critical, but none more so than the appliances.

While the appliances are the stars of the cooking process, meal preparation also requires convenient storage and counter space.  Cabinets are the star of this show and the color and style you choose will define the aesthetic presence of your kitchen.  To better serve our clients, Kitcheneering now offers two exquisitely made and well-priced lines of cabinetry along with our world-class design services. 

As a designer, I have specified cabinets from a variety of sources: from nationally recognized name brands to local millwork from independent manufacturers.  I have seen and specified almost every kind of cabinet you can think of.  While many of these products were high quality and some were offered at a fair price, I have struggled to find the right balance of quality, value and most importantly, competent ordering and installation!! 

I have come to the conclusion, clichéd but true, that if I want it done right, I’ll have to do it myself.

I am proud to offer my discerning clients the choice of fully custom, bench-made cabinets manufactured in Ohio to the highest standards, including a catalytic conversion varnish with a 20 year warranty!  That's the best finish available in the industry.  Not your standard box, these cabinets are furniture grade and fully customizable in size, configuration and finish.
